Passenger Conduct Policy
For the safety and comfort of everyone, the driver reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride immediately if a passenger:

• Is under the influence of illegal drugs or substances

• Displays rude, abusive, or threatening behavior

• Engages in any action that puts the driver, vehicle, or other passengers at risk

In such cases, the ride may be cancelled without refund, and the passenger may be asked to safely exit the vehicle at the nearest safe location.
